Leadership

Paradise Builders is led by Keith Knapp, Jr., the company president and owner. His great-grandfather built new homes in Elm Grove and Brookfield, Wisconsin, and his grandfather and father were lifelong builders and home remodelers. Through hard work and shared experience passed down from father to son, these four generations built a solid family reputation that is the foundation of our successful company.

We are proud to be a building contractor with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We are active on the Green Building Council of the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA). Paradise Builders is working within the local industry to unite our age-old craft with sustainable, green building practices.

Executive Biography – Keith Knapp

Keith Knapp serves as the owner and principal of Paradise Builders, LLC, bringing decades of construction experience, community leadership, and service to clients throughout Waukesha County and Southeastern Wisconsin.

In addition to leading Paradise Builders, Keith is actively involved in construction workforce development through his work with Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC), where he teaches construction-related courses, mentors students entering the trades, and participates in evaluating student performance as part of the college’s construction program assessment process. His commitment to education reflects a passion for developing the next generation of skilled trades professionals and strengthening the local construction industry.

Keith and Paradise Builders have long been dedicated to serving the community through partnerships with nonprofit organizations and charitable initiatives. The company has supported organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Hebron House, and other community-based nonprofits through volunteer service, donations, fundraising efforts, and construction-related support. These efforts reflect a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals and families throughout the region.

Together, Keith and his wife have devoted more than three decades to ministry and community service. Their involvement includes leadership in marriage ministries, youth ministries, mentoring, and counseling programs within their local church and community. Through these efforts, they have helped strengthen families, support youth development, and encourage community engagement.

Keith believes that successful construction projects are built on the same principles that guide effective community service: integrity, accountability, communication, stewardship, and a commitment to serving others. These values continue to shape the culture of Paradise Builders and the company’s approach to every project.
